Healing yourself doesn’t need to be so painful.
One of the clearest examples is grief. People are still going to physically die. I still feel the pain of grief, but I no longer see death as causing a separation. This makes it far less painful for me to experience. We will all be seeing each other again soon enough.

Do not seek to eradicate pain. Seek to have a better relationship with it by not fearing it (by recognizing the wholeness of all things).

Being yourself is a path through synchronicity, allowance, and going with the flow, but, in being human, we have each put ourselves within a powerful state of complexity.
