Digging into Warm Data, The Warm Data Lab, and Certified Training.

Often, in a room of people eager to address and solve the world’s many crises, I am gripped by a panicky sadness. The beauty of the intention to solve these many crises is earnest. Still, the attempted actions are placed in abstracted perceptions that do not meet the rich undercurrents of the situations.

Looking ahead we must ask: Who do we want to be in this transforming world? Who are we, now? … And what of Humanity?

In designing your workshops, you’re co-creating the conditions for self-discovery in a supportive community using liberating practices. You’re offering a safe space for individuals like Melanie to practice becoming choosers and deciders, and to realize that they have freedom in how to relate to themselves, others, and the world.

In a transformational workshop, the participants come to perceive themselves, each other, and their world differently. The goal of coming together is to create the conditions for these perceptions to shift through insight and empathy, both in the individual and in the group.

We are normalized into an unworkable imbalance, forever tearing the world into pieces and reifying the need to grasp each answer, each ‘solution,’ and freeze it.
