Cultivating the Mind of Love

Father is made of non-father elements, including children.

Buddha as the living Dharma is sometimes called Vairochana, the eternal Buddha of the ultimate dimension. He is made of light, flowers, joy, and peace, and we can walk with him, sit with him, and take his hand. As we enter the realm of Avatamsaka, it is Vairochana Buddha we encounter.

Look deeply into the nature of your first love, and you will see the Buddha.

Listen deeply without using your intellect, and you will find yourself in the Avatamsaka world, touching light, jewels,

the tree in the ultimate dimension. When you touch the wave, you touch the water at the same time. That is our practice. If you’re with a group of friends practicing mindfulness while sitting, walking, or drinking tea, you’ll be able to touch the ultimate dimension while living in the historical dimension. If we practice, we will understand the way the mind constructs things, and we will touch the Buddha.

In an emerald creek, water hides a dragon king. In a cold pond, it contains the bright full moon.

Walking joyfully in the ultimate dimension, walk with your feet, not with your head. If you walk with your head, you’ll get lost.
