This standardized advice fails to account for what makes entrepreneurship so powerful in the first place: the unique combination of gifts, perspectives, and approaches that each person brings to their business. When we apply one-size-fits- all formulas to wildly different entrepreneurs, we shouldn't be surprised when the results vary dramatically.
