Mixed media art is only getting more and more popular on the Internet because in my opinion, it is the antithesis to AI art. It requires hours upon hours to create a mixed media animation or stop motion. and people on the internet appreciate that effort

For me personally, though, as it gets easier and easier to create art using AI, I find myself wanting to make art that intentionally

feels messy and handmade. I want my art to feel human, and all the mixed media artists whose work really resonates with me also make art that feels human
