• When are you most energized at work? How can you do more of that?
• On a scale of one to ten, how challenged do you feel? How challenged would you like to feel?
three questions to consider (and practice):
- What matters now and will I give myself the grace to let it matter?
- What do I need? And will I let myself acknowledge that I need that, and it’d be okay that I need that.
- From where I am today, go from where I am today. What are the smallest steps I can take to get me to where where I want to go now.
