Chosen suffering vs unchosen suffering.
To live fully in our purpose we have to choose our suffering (doing hard work, learning, working out for our health, saving/investing (delayed gratification), put in the effort to stay in touch with our connections (having hard conversations)
To exist just let life choose your suffering
